Lead SaaS Developer
(future CTO/co-founder)
Our team lacks a very important part — the one who will put ideas into code.
We’re not looking for a part-timer, we want you to become a permanent part of TeamMagic and fill the deserved CTO/co-founder role after the successful commercial launch of the Core module.
Job Overview
As the main development expert and delivery power for TeamMagic, you will be creating the Core MVP module (either solo or with a subordinate developer) and supporting it through the testing stage to the commercial launch.
In details:
- Own the development of new features & support the codebase
- Write a clean maintainable and secure code
- Design APIs and system architecture
- Deploy the code to Staging and Production
- Manage the team of at least one subordinate developer
Then you will lead the developers team and work further on TeamMagic making it one of the best HR Tech stories of today and tomorrow.
Remote details
We are purely remote based, so you can choose any place to live and work.

What skills and experience we want
- Upper Mid/Senior developer with >5 years of experience
- Stack: PHP+Laravel (Python will work for us too), MySQL, Vue+Vuex, Tailwind
- Solid hands-on experience of backend development (PHP or Ruby or Python) for >4 years
- API development experience
- Substantial PHP (Laravel is a plus) or Python experience: 2-3 years at least
- Vue experience is almost a requirement
- Git and the usual tooling
- DevOps skills, necessary to roll-out and run a Linux production server
- If you provide links to most interesting pieces of your work at github/lab (or other opensource work), it'll be a huge plus
